Nice benefit package, great workplace, nice to know that you, as an employee, are helping the population by providing services needed daily and for education, job search and more.
Cons
Administration changed a lot while I was there, and there are serious politics behind the curtains, considering that it is an independent non-profit with major weight in the city of Hartford's life. The IT department was outsourced, so as far as I know, there are no more IT openings there.
