Nothing that I can think of

They do not live up to their promises. Not people of integrity

A great company to work for with a fantastic set of people. The vision is helping "amazing organisations achieve remarkable things" and that's evident throughout all the work done. The clients are brilliant and its a privilege to work with them. Pay and benefits are good. Work can be full-on, but is achievable, and there's loads of support and care given. Development opportunities are made available to all staff. (IMHO this company is unrecognisable from the one that older comments here refer to).

Not really a 'con', but you have to be good at managing your own time.
