The staff and attorneys are very kind and welcoming. Because of the small size of the firm, there is a family-like feel to the work environment.

Small firm and small resources means VERY small pay. All non-attorney staff are hourly and very few make more than 15-$18/hour, which is, unfortunately, not a livable wage here in Orange County. There is continually a poor distribution of the workload and quite a few employees end up doing the majority of the work while others are asked very little of.
