Pros
They mean well. If you are starting out and want a lot of responsibility fast, this could be for you. A couple well-known clients. You must do it on your own, don't expect training. It is trial by fire. A lot of pressure to perform regardless of the position. But the lack of help means freedom to succeed. You can move up in skills faster than other places.
Cons
Low pay for the level of responsibility. Lots of turnover. A lot of burned-out people. Management that fluctuates between head-in-the-sand/no communication to high-pressure in-your-face in a heartbeat. VERY client-oriented to a fault. Will trash you at the whim of a client but still hold you to standards.
