      Pros

      There are no pro's you got people in charge who have never worked with mobile plant & the steel ind. (E.g Carpet salesmen, Prison worker,accountant & plastic factory ) I

      Cons

      Well if mangement has an accident they dont go down for a drug & alcohol test, things get swept under the carpet! If The guys on the shop floor do the same, drug & alcohol test, statment, bonus cut & so on. Theres no leadership as they havent got a clue! They look after they own!

      Pros

      In the pits there can be plenty of down time and a climate controled shack to spend ot in.

      Cons

      Long 12 hour shifts and sometimes running around switching equipment to equipment four hours so enjoy the down time when you got it.
