Awful Company to work for! Lack of training, Management looks down on workforce with no respect - Mobile Heavy Plant Operator Harsco Employee Review

Lack of training, ask for help from management, that falls on deaf ears, Poor Condition of the Heavy Plant machinery, take’s weeks to repair. (That’s if it does get repaired) Poor working conditions, sometimes there’s been no hot water for the showers & lack of toilet paper. Health & Safety when it suits Management in their ivory tower, looks down on us, never praise, but if something happens, they are quick enough to punish & give very negative Criticism. Even if all the management came from very different industries, much more different than the steel industry.
