      Pros

      Nothing selfish company had nothing from Christmas off then but pays my mortgage & bills. I wish I listen more in school & worked for a better company!

      Cons

      Everything, low pay, petty, bad conditions, health & safety when it suits, no incentives from them looks after the boot lickers & grasses

      Pros

      In the pits there can be plenty of down time and a climate controled shack to spend ot in.

      Cons

      Long 12 hour shifts and sometimes running around switching equipment to equipment four hours so enjoy the down time when you got it.
