Good place to work - Lead Pre-k Teacher Harrisonburg-Rockingham Child Day Care Center Employee Review

The pay isn't the best, but its not the worst when you realize that the tuition of the students is what pays for the salaries as well as other bills since the center is a non profit. The turnover rate is pretty high since there are a lot of college students that come work there while they're in school since the hours are pretty flexible, but it results in spans of time where the center is short staffed which makes it stressful at times.
