Pros
I enjoyed working at HR during my last semester of college. They were a good company that treated their employees well, and were willing to let you get involved in a tangible way from the get go. If you're interested in going into real estate or gaining experience with business administration, this is a good position for you. This is also a good position to get experience in a variety of domains. You get to do everything from having current tenant interaction, to participating in marketing and showing apartments to be rented.
Cons
Sometimes expectations were somewhat ambiguous, but this could mostly be rectified through a quick conversation with management. Don't be afraid to ask how to improve, as useful feedback will be provided.
