Pros
Harris Teeter offers good benefits, the hours are good, the company takes pride in customer service and offering great products, the people who work there are really fun!
Cons
Lack of training. Poor dessimination of information from corporate to store management, then from store management down. Associates are frequently not held accountable for poor work ethic/job performance/failure to follow proscribed standards ect. which creates animosity between associates and also causes hard working associates to consistantly have to pick up the slack. "Associate Discounts" are a joke.
