Micro managing at its worst - Manager Harris Teeter Employee Review

What ruins a good manager is being micro managed by corporate salaried employees that have no concept of what it takes to do our jobs each day . Let us do our job the best way we can and have faith in the work we do .you can’t expect your managers to do inventory and be in there late and have to be up the next day at 5am. The way we do inventory is out dated and takes at least 6 hours the big cheese island takes at least an hour to count .
