      Recession proof and always in demand as turnover average is 60% or worse, which is now calculated into incentive payout by the way.

      Cons

      Penny pinching Craig Mackenzie and Ted Harrington reaching into the pockets of associates company wide. The recent impact to the Million Dollar Club program has lead to over a dozen resignations. Great work team!

      Pros

      Decent people, make connections, pay, and hours are just okay.

      Cons

      Management sucks. If you fall victim to bullying, nobody cares/does anything. Working there from 16 to now (barely anymore), it was hard to be happy at all about going in when working with a specific manager who constantly nitpicked and talked behind your back.
