Pros
Over the job is pretty easy and the pay is moderate. Two bonuses a year is pretty nice too.
Cons
When you move up form inside the company they pay you less that people from outside. People are not always promoted based on performance. Was overlooked for several promotion for people who had already be department managers and stepped down.
