Pros

Profit sharing twice per year, Ten percent discount on private label brands

Cons

Management is not responsive to the needs of their employees, Often times working on the front end, I will overhear the managers making derogatory comments about associates not just to other managers but to coworkers. The store is a wonderful place with the exception of the customer service manager and the store manager who seem to have the most trouble being respectful to their employees.
