Pros
It's easy to get promoted and get raises if you do what you're supposed to do and not mess around. Be reliable and don't argue with customers and you won't have any problems. You get bonus check which I loved.
Cons
Pay isn't great but like I said, don't mess around and you can have opportunities for advancement.
