Company is a joke - Sales Associate Harris Teeter Employee Review

Management is completely inadequate at their job all the way to the top. The way the company is ran is purely for profit at the expense of their employees. People who worked at Walmart would come work there and say how it was WORSE. Every store I worked in was the same, they are horribly understaffed, extremely unprofessional and cleanliness is a joke. They put on a facade of being high end but the quality is garbage.
