      friendly environment, lateral movement in the company is fairly easy

      low chance at full time jobs, upward movement on the corporate ladder is a very slow and arduous process

      Pros

      Decent people, make connections, pay, and hours are just okay.

      Cons

      Management sucks. If you fall victim to bullying, nobody cares/does anything. Working there from 16 to now (barely anymore), it was hard to be happy at all about going in when working with a specific manager who constantly nitpicked and talked behind your back.
