Pros
Good pay, especially if you are an external higher into the BBT or MDP programs. Most stores have a family atmosphere, either within the entire store or the departments.
Cons
Some stores do not any sense of being a work family and instead there is drama, either within the singular departments or the entire store. Not willing to offer good pay unless you are an external higher from another company into the BBT or MDP programs.
