Pros
Associates at the store you work for can quickly become friends. Benefits are great for full-time associates. Profit sharing checks twice a year. Vacation and personal time is great to have.
Cons
Constant hour cuts. Pay could be a little better. Customers can be rude and yell at you for following policy. District managers care more about the higher volume stores and give them all the hours and expect stores that do less than them to be perfect with 80% less help than the larger volume stores have.
