Pros
HT is a great place to meet friends and work on interpersonal skills
Cons
However, the management seems to have a superiority complex, and the working conditions are poor (standing 100% of the time, not allowed to sit unless on break). Breaks are few and far between, an employee is given one 15-minute break during a shift lasting less than 6.5 hours, so Part Time employees are often scheduled for 6 hour shifts, where they only have one break; not ideal.
