Pros
Good Pay Overall it is a safe and happy work environment Managers are very nice and helpful You can request time off. You get the days you request off MOST of the time. The store itself is the cleanist grocery store in the area. Also you get a bonus check twice a year. The amount you receive is based on how many hours you worked.
Cons
You aren't locked into a set schedule throughout the year For example you might work tuesday and thursday one week. Then wednesday and friday the next week. (So it can be hard to plan stuff in your personal life on short notice) The shifts were sometimes long. I was part time and worked six hour shifts a lot. When you work a six hour shift you only get a 15 minute break. Some of the customers were rude (But I received tips from customers because I was helpful towards them)
