Pros
They pay well. There is career advancement options and they want you to move up if you do your job. They don't have super high expectations so if you do your job you'll do well there.
Cons
Not the best working environment, prepare to hear a lot of swearing and deal with a lot of attitude. Not from management but from other co workers. There's a lot of new employees all the time.
