Pros
The pay is good. Flexibility in your schedule if you need weekdays off. Good benefits. Good bonuses. Ability to work early hours if needed.
Cons
Upper management is stressed out and the pass it down to everyone else. Corporate vps who shop your store are given preferential treatment over other customers. If a dm or vp is touring stores in your area or are in your store, no one is allowed to go on breaks - even if it means you don't get one for the day. I've even been forced to find alternate child care because a holiday tour was running behind and I wasn't allowed to leave at my scheduled time.
