NO DIVERSITY,LOW pay,correctional staff are AWFUL and pre judge you from the start! Bitter employees(esp AGENCY) who train will snap judge you(but so nice to your face) and complain to supervisor. **BEWARE OF SHEEP IN WOLVES CLOTHING**The supervisor will not follow proper protocol and talk to you just use ANY excuse to fire you!! AVOID WORKING Harris Health CORRECTIONS AT ALL COSTS!! AWFUL environment,AWFUL staff!! Just FYI- while being trained there we were told pretty casually that WOMEN(staff! incl an UNARMED officer) have been attacked by inmates. Basically no one looking out for women's safety and/or being careless. I was told about at least 3 women who were attacked...
