Pros
I like that the company is open and supportive to new grads. The work hours in the clinic are good and they are closed on major holidays.
Cons
The pay is relatively low, but the workload in the clinic is also lower than in a hospital or LTC setting so I can’t complain much. I also don’t like that you are forced to use PTO anytime you need a day off, and holidays are not covered either.
