Pros: Good unit leadership in NICU; good unit/staff morale; patient population is very kind and appreciative of our work; free off-site parking with nice shuttle; free weekend parking on day shift; room for growth! Benefits: good differentials for nights/holidays; nice benefits for healthcare/dental/etc.
Cons
Cons: day shift parks off-site M-F; cafeteria is very limited; getting broken equipments fixed/replaced takes a very long time
