Pros
Benefits are ok, however there aren't paid holidays. You have to utilize PTO bank to cover holidays not worked.
Cons
The management team overall is undesirable in that most are unqualified & are placed in leadership positions based on who they know. There is high turnover & when most people leave they have no desire to return.
