Toxic Work Environment - Anonymous employee Harris Health Employee Review

I do not really know where to begin... the toxic work environment that some employees are subject to at Harris Health is beyond atrocious. Many coworkers and myself have wanted to leave Harris Health so many times and eventually, if things do not change, we will. I have stayed as long as I have because I care so much about the patients we serve and the the genuine people working at Harris Health who make it worth coming to work everyday.
