Pros
None for the company other than it was located in a nice town with local schools, amenities, and community to raise family.
Cons
Does not value diversity in either thoughts, gender, or ethncity. Senior management has a very narrow minded view of the world. I am surprise the company has survived this long considering globalization has taken off since the early 90s.
