Terrible work environment and terrible politics - this place is very cliquey, not team oriented. Terrible hours - employees get rewarded for staying after 5pm, and penalized for leaving on time (unless they're VPs, in which case they come and go as they please and don't contribute much). Projects are run on the backs of 20-somethings who are just trying to get a break. Promotions are given based on politics not merit.

most of the people working there are good people.

Management is terrible and have no clue what they are doing half the time and staff are over worked & underpaid!
