Pros

In my short tenure at Harri, I found associates to be very persevering given the environment that they work in. At the associate/peer level, I found my teammates, peers from other departments, and immediate direct leader great to work with, Their support was proactive and engaging. Without their support, my experience would have been much worse than it was. I thank all of them in a big way!!!

Cons

The following remarks are my opinions based on my personal experiences: 1. Executive Leadership - Their focus is on what's important to them vs a balanced approach to also understanding the needs and hardships of their people. If they would simply listen to the voice of the associate, they "may" likely stop losing good people that work there. I have seen good people (including myself) leave Harri due to chaos in the environment. It's very hard to work here. 2. Executive Leadership (specifically COO) - Unorganized and poses last minute demands on you that jeopardize the work you may be doing with other clients. This isn't a one-time event, but a trend. 3. CEO - In my opinion, lacks professional business decorum. ie. I have heard that he has made remarks in meetings that could be interpreted as a form of harassment to some. Again, in my opinion, it is also clear the company lacks Women in Leadership across the company. My perception based on my current knowledge, tells me that the "Boys Club" still exists, but in this company I question the men:women ratio in leadership. 4. CEO - In my opinion leads with fear. I found in many examples during my tenure where associates have said to me "I'm only doing this because of the pressure I'm getting from CEO". I have also had those experiences. 5. Product - Their product and process has many opportunities to improve. The people are left to mitigate these gaps with clients and it is a consistent pressure and embarrassment to overcome. This is where ELT needs to help their people. Please!!! Take a pause to understand/fix these challenges. 6. Global Support availability - Depending on your role, depends on the needs of the technical associates/leaders in other countries beyond US. Their availability is very limited and this makes it difficult to solve issues in a timely manner for our clients and to get on their calendars to solve issues because they are only available for 1/2 day US time. /4 days a week. 7. Employee Handbook - Beware of handbooks behind the employee handbook and offer letter. Bonuses are not paid to employees if they are in what Harri calls "Resignation Mode". This is not in the employee handbook. I have always found a 2-weeks' notice to be a courtesy to the company you work for (What I would call appropriate business decorum). In my real experience, it was a detriment to a sizable amount of money that was not paid to me for positive 2025 performance. Had I not provided the courtesy of a 2-weeks' notice, I would have been paid my bonus. I am actively trying to fight this opportunity at hand.

Pros

The company has gone through major changes in leadership and culture. Earlier there were issues with execution, alignment, and accountability at senior levels, which impacted overall performance. Things have improved significantly after new SaaS leadership came in, with a stronger focus on delivery, structure, and impact. It is now a more performance-driven environment with higher expectations and clearer direction. Ex- Senior leader with long tenure and payroll experience appeared to lack strong technical depth, which contributed to past challenges.

Cons

Earlier there were gaps in execution, alignment, and accountability at senior levels, which impacted overall delivery. Some processes and decision-making structures were less mature during earlier phases of the company’s growth.

Pros

My experience at Harri has been very positive. This role has let me build on what I already know while taking on more challenging and meaningful work. I’ve had the chance to work with clients, vendors, internal teams, and different systems, which keeps the work interesting and gives me room to keep pushing myself. The work can be fast-moving, but that has also created opportunities to take ownership and be involved in projects that have real impact. I enjoy being able to help solve problems, connect different pieces together, and work through challenges that require both business and technical understanding. I also really appreciate the flexibility and trust from my manager. That support makes a big difference and allows me to take ownership of my work while continuing to build in areas I genuinely enjoy.

Cons

Like any growing company, priorities can shift quickly. At times, it can take extra follow-up and coordination to keep things moving across teams.
