      Pros

      Colleagues are great, decent benefits, salaries aren’t as low as some other publishers.

      Cons

      Play favorites for promotions rather than based on quality of work, “merit” increases are tiny and they don’t increase pay for cost of living inflations. Executives are out of touch.

      - annual raises are usually the bare minimum - lots of restructuring among teams and departments
