Pros

Great company brand that is well known and the offices are really nice.

Cons

Little to no training when you start, and you are expected to perform exceptionally from the get-go with very little room for error. Upper management is not understanding, and will chastise you for even taking a short break to get coffee. Everyone who isn't upper management is incredibly overworked and under appreciated. Don't expect to suggest any sort of changes or voice your opinions as this will be seen very negatively. I was working 60+ hours a week yet was still being told that things were slipping through the cracks. When I brought up that I felt my workload was too heavy, I was simply told "well this is the job" and was expected to get over it with absolutely no support.

Pros

Fully remote with all necessary tech provided, weekday schedule, great benefits, good leadership, small close-knit teams, generous PTO in addition to paid holidays

Cons

Base salary could be better but is offset with benefits package. Employee retention is high (a huge plus IMO) butcould limit upward mobility if you're looking for it.
