They are excellent at supporting and encouraging work life balance, making the overall the work environment is healthy and enjoyable. Teammates are inspiring and helpful. It’s a very collaborative space so you never feel left to fend for yourself. The team is open and communicative making the work we do feel more powerful. Their cause is outstanding. The team and leadership really care about impacting and creating a positive space for the customer and our world through speaking up for a cause and constantly pushing towards sustainable practices.

No cons! If there are issues you really have the support of leadership to manage and overcome challenges. Being part of a small team has its challenges but with the focus on work life balance makes wearing multiple hats achievable.

The founders have done a lot of shady firings and layoffs, plus they closed their office, making it clear the company isn't doing well all the while pretending everything is totally okay. They don't address any of the obvious changes, take any employee feedback seriously, or do anything but ignore how low morale is getting. I felt like the "this is fine" meme every day.
