-You will be trained -You will be developed - Sales leaders and CRO really care about setting up a comp plan so you can not only hit your number but actually exceed it - Leaders actually care about you being successful and not simply just hitting a number. - CEO who actually respects and cares about the GTM function - opposed to a tech company who think the sellers are only messing up something that could be sold without them.
Cons
- If you don't want to put the work in, want to manage one or two accounts and coast - don't come. - If you want to be a master of account management and retention and can't crack new business and don't like it you will struggle and not like it. - Sometimes the company moves so fast you'll be asked for a promotion you're not ready for and will have to learn a bit on the fly but I think that's also a good thing but some may not like that.
