Pros
None that I can think of.
Cons
I strongly advise against working here. Leadership prioritizes appearances over actual performance, making it clear that looking the part matters more than doing the job well. The company fosters a toxic, high-pressure culture where employees are constantly forced to prove themselves, often at the expense of personal time and family commitments. Mandatory company boot camps are a prime example of this. These exhausting 4-day sessions focus more on scrutinizing employees' wardrobes and presence than their actual skills, all while imposing rigid and unnecessary travel restrictions. Leadership lacks empathy and flexibility, creating an environment where the majority of talent is looking for the exit. If you value a supportive workplace, fair treatment, and a company that respects your time, look elsewhere.
