Working in Sales Engineering for more than a decade and this is the most skilled SE org I've ever seen - The growth and market recognition is real - whether it be industry reports, inbound opportunities, or the engagement at expos/conferences people are gravitating to Harness
Cons
- Lots of products to wrap your head around - definitely takes a jack of all trades type to digest it all - It's a startup, this isn't a place to try and coast. Come if you're excited to work and stay busy (sign of a healthy business / market opportunity IMO) - Fast growth! The business is adding new head count, maturing in different areas so there are learning curves. I have noticed leadership responding to feedback every quarter which is encouraging.
