With a steady and grand vision, the company has done a great job executing on this vision, and emerging as one of the key Dev/DevOps/DevSecOps platforms in the industry. Now recognized by Gartner as one of the Leaders in the space, the company is taking on Giants, and doing a great job at it.

      Cons

      Disrupting a market and competing with the Giants does not come easy. The successful execution is built on relentless effort put in by all Harnessians. The company and the market opportunity demands that all of us give our Best towards the cause. And when you are building fun products, and winning in the market, it becomes a joyful ride!

      Pace may not be for everyone, there is a lot of work to do. Scaling to become a mature company can be challenging at times.
