- our sales leadership doesn't understand how to sell a complicated tech product. the company has spread out into so many different directions that its become very difficult to sell and prospects just don't get it
- pay on paper is above market but it is nearly impossible to even scratch quota
- sales leaders seem to be all leaving right now
- ICs are very overworked with loose promises of increasing hiring. Being booked with meetings all day is normalized and encouraged
- "Bro" culture where ICs who fit into the culture are given a much longer leash even when they aren't qualified for this role
- Many ICs are new and aren't technical enough to know how to sell Harness
- Its really a pity because the tech is so good, but something doesn't seem to be working
