Pros

- product is transformational - pay on paper is above market - product and engineering are top

Cons

- our sales leadership doesn't understand how to sell a complicated tech product. the company has spread out into so many different directions that its become very difficult to sell and prospects just don't get it - pay on paper is above market but it is nearly impossible to even scratch quota - sales leaders seem to be all leaving right now - ICs are very overworked with loose promises of increasing hiring. Being booked with meetings all day is normalized and encouraged - "Bro" culture where ICs who fit into the culture are given a much longer leash even when they aren't qualified for this role - Many ICs are new and aren't technical enough to know how to sell Harness - Its really a pity because the tech is so good, but something doesn't seem to be working

Pros

It’s a paycheck. Good brand recognition.

Cons

Terrible culture. People fail to plan, then expect everybody else to scramble and spend their nights and weekends reacting to demands within ridiculous timelines. Nothing that you’re doing is so important that it’s worth constantly burning everyone out.
