      1. Culture of people helping one another and getting things done. 2. Each team has full product ownership. 3. Focus on employee well being. We get a friday off each month to disconnect and focus on our health 4. Lots of opportunity for growth

      1. Might have to figure some stuff out on the fly. 2. Work life balance needs to be kept in check
