I'm fortunate to be on a team that is highly communicative, very friendly, supportive, honest, and willing to learn from each other. The best marketing team I've ever worked with in my honest opinion. We work hard, as you would in any startup, but when you are surrounded by a great bunch of people, it makes even the tough days a breeze. I can't wait to see where we go as a team and how Harness grows as a company. The company as a whole is: - Transparent - Diverse - There's a potential for growth - Supportive - Friendly
Cons
The SF office floor plan limited cross-collaboration among teams. You had to be proactive and make the effort to visit the other half of the office to offer help or show a willingness to cross-collaborate. COVID has made it difficult to see what other teams are working on as we are all remote now and this has limited cross-collaboration further.
