Pros
I could talk about the incredible product that Harness is selling, and how its addressable market is gigantic. I could talk about the qualifications & credentials of our founder & CEO, and his track record in building multi-billion dollar companies. But what I really want to talk about is the culture. Many startups make the mistake of hiring inexperienced people who run around building silos and empires and fiefdoms. The team at Harness is, in their respective areas, extremely experienced, focused, and dedicated to supporting each other. This is true across sales, engineering, and marketing. It may not stay--culture changes as a company scales, and we will definitely scale--but for now, this is the most satisfying company I've worked at in my career. It's not for the timid; the expectations are HIGH here, due the previous success of the founders. But we have everything we need to build the next great software company.
