      Good co-workers and helping patients

      Cons

      Was once a great place to work sadly went downhill since Harmony bought it. Place is almost unrecognizable for what it once was. Toxic management, no DON, off-site shadow medical director who’s never even set foot in the building, gaslighting, patients are seen as dollar signs, unsafe staffing
