While expectations & hours are reasonable, working at a startup is not for the faint of heart -- you have to wear many hats, be OK with ambiguity & change, and be willing to jump in and solve hard problems when the team needs you.

- Strong founding team with Alex and Soroush - both having worked together at Plaid. - Strong work ethic but supportive environment. - One of very few private enterprises that's actually focused on AI Safety - which is an important and interesting mission. - Very smart colleagues and who are mission driven.

- I prefer in person and the team is remote first. This is great for attracting global talent but will be interested to see how they scale culture.
