      Pros

      I love working for Harmony Healthcare! I started working for them because I wanted to experience a variety of coding for different facilities, using different EHRs and encoders, and working with different people to expand my knowledge base. And they have not disappointed! I have had the opportunity to work with long-term assignments as well as short-term assignments which have all taught me something new and built me up to be a much stronger coder. I am now an auditor with an expansive knowledge to draw from while educating others, and I have Harmony Healthcare to thank for that!

      Pros

      Harmony works hard to promote from within and help its employees grow their skills. They invest in their employess education and want them to be successful. I value that in an organization.

      I wish there were a full tuition reimbursement program.

      When I was let go from a company after 7 ½ years of service, I just wasn’t sure what I would do next. I found Harmony Healthcare through a colleague and quickly applied for a contractor position. My Harmony recruiter Andy and boss Brandon are great. Today, I am a corporate employee and still part of the team working under the client contract for professional denials. I am very happy I found a great company with great values and an expert group of healthcare industry professionals.

      Working remotely --- missing out on the day-to-day camaraderie of the home office in Tampa
