No benefits, no holidays, no PTO, favoritism openly displayed. 40+ hours a week was guaranteed from the start but too often they send people home or not to show up. Some employees/foremen are allowed to show up late and others are reprimanded for it. Many foremen can’t correctly read blueprints because at every site, General Contractors would tell us that the way our supervisor instructed us to install something was completely incorrect.
