Pros

Harley takes the time to put all new associates through very detailed orienation, They really want you to know the business in and out and to make sure you are a good fit, went through interviews with people who i would be replacing as they were moving to another department or job function. Spent almost two weeks in classroom training learning and getting a sense of the company values and goals, Very nice job. Explained job expectations and image that just the name Harley Davidson stood for. Really spent time endoctinating your to the life style of being part of such an organization and making you feel like part of the team.

Cons

For me it was a long drive, i drove over 75 miles one way. The two unions in the plant was a little confusing to me, and the selection process into which one you would be in.

Pros

My hiring journey began with a seamless application process, followed immediately by an incredibly organized scheduling phase. The Harley team kept me informed every step of the way. I never had to guess where I stood, as next steps were always laid out clearly. During the interview experience the entire Harley team panel was professional, welcoming, and were genuinely interested in my background, making the interview feel like a collaborative conversation. The transparency throughout the process gave me complete confidence when I ultimately accepted the job offer.

Cons

I have no cons to call out based on my experience in the interview process.
