      upper management believes everyone is replaceable at any given time regardless of their track record tons of driving tons of walking in all weather empty promises about promotions and advancement with little to no resources given tons of extra work outside of day to day duties 100% commission lowkey MLM pyramid scheme

      Pros

      They provide all training for the sales team and we represent the best telecom company in the country. I also enjoy helping small to medium size business owners save money on a service they have anyway. Hark only promotes from within, and I enjoy sales.

      Cons

      Personal development is harder then it looks.
