Pros
- The company has seen masses of improvements due to the recent changes in senior management, with a lot more visibility on where the company is going and the company culture having improved massively. - Very welcoming and friendly atmosphere - there are a lot of social events on and things for people to get involved with. Everyone is also really approachable no matter how far up the chain they are. - Company benefits are very good. - Lots of different projects to work on, and teams are also shuffled so you get to work with a variety of people in the studio. - Training and development is taken seriously with the opportunity to go to a variety of events.
Cons
- It does sometimes feel that you're promoted based on how long you've worked at the company rather than how well you're actually performing i.e. you could be exceeding as a junior for over a year but still won't be promoted until you've hit the 2 year mark.
