-Incredibly thoughtful and disciplined investment process that has garnered the firm three decades of successful returns and AUM growth -Kind and collegial atmosphere for an investment-oriented firm -Meritocratic and flat culture where anyone can contribute -Diverse team (20+ nationalities and languages) -Long investment horizon allows for a supportive work-life balance
Cons
-No cons, so long as you know what you are in for. Possible drawbacks are: 1) structured investment process can remove some of the dynamism for younger employees. Must be ok with staying in your lane. 2) the firm understands its bargaining position and ties compensation to long-term results. Great for a career, less so for a multi-year stop as a job.
